REFER A CLIENT

We work closely with the Chartered Institution of Environmental Mental Health teams and other professionals working in local hospitals. Subject to a referral, a client may then be discharged into our care.

 

Subject to criteria being met and after the referral is received, we jointly assess the service user’s needs. If the conditions are acceptable, we invite the service user to visit the proposed home to meet the staff and view their accommodation. Once the service user has agreed to move into the home, we will arrange their move accordingly.
